CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

1.     Return Policy:

DSK MART ensures its honorable customers with the utmost satisfactory service. If the product you purchased does not meet the advertised satisfactory level, you can opt for an instant return to the delivery person without bearing any expense. After receiving the order if it fails to meet your expectations, you can opt-in to return the product within 3 working days, but you have to send the product back to us, at your own expense. Please kindly contact us via e-mail, or our customer service give us a heads up before sending a product back. Please note that the cost of the initial shipping charges is non-refundable. In the circumstances, that you have received a faulty or damaged product from us, kindly do not accept the product when such circumstances are faced. Kindly send the product back to the delivery person, and we will proceed to process the refund or replacement of the product after receiving the item back, which may take up to 5-10 business days. Once we have received the returned item, the claimed to be faulty product will be thoroughly inspected by the quality assurance team to comprehend if all required return policy requirements are met.

Please be noted that this return policy is not applicable to the following products:

- Gift Cards  
- Baby Care Supplies  
- Lingerie and Inner Wears.
- Beauty, skin care, perfumes and grooming products.

- Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs, and combs

- Consumables such as cigars and beverages

- Food and other nutrition products.

- Products which were sold as a combo or in a set are only eligible to return in that set or combo.   
- Perfumes, Gels, Polish, any liquefied products, Pet Hygiene and other Consumables.

3. Some Important Points to be Focused on:

- The return policy is only applicable when the product delivered to you is a defective one, or the product is a product other than the one described on the site.

- In the case that you have changed your mind, and don’t want the product after delivery, then you have to return the product back to us at your own expense, and responsibility, and we will work on a refund, if and only if, the product is still in a sellable condition.

- If the product shows any sign of defect outside the given time of our policy, then kindly look into the warranty service provided by the respective companies of your purchased product.

- For products that have installation service provided with it, please DO NOT open the product WITHOUT the supervision of an DSK MART representative. If you do and anything happens to the product, you would be responsible for it and you will NOT be refunded, of you demand later.

In case of returns, the customer should follow the following points to get any possible refunds:

- The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and in perfect quality. 

- Product's original packaging/box should not be damaged.

4. Replacement

·         We cover a 3 Days Replacement Guarantee (except intact box or packet) for physical products sold on dskmart.com.

  • The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery.
  • Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.

5. REQUIREMENT FOR A VALID RETURN:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  • The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
  • If you find any item missing, or if anything is damaged, please immediately return the package to your delivery agent. After you accept the package, we are unable to receive claims for missing, wrong or defective items.

7. INSTALLATION SERVICE TERMS:

  • For products that require installation/fitting, the installation service will be provided within 3 working days from the day of product receiving.
  • Product(s) cannot be returned once received by the customer.

8. CANCELLATION & REFUND DUE TO PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:

  1. Delivery of the ordered items is subject to the availability of the products at our vendor's depot/warehouse/store. dskmart.com authority may cancel any order within 10 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.
  2. If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product(s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.
  3. In the case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund, if not received any cashback, within 1-10 working days. The received Cashback amount will be adjusted with the refund amount.
  4. After confirming any Order, if the order is canceled by the customer and online payment is already made by the customer against that order, dskmart.com will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
  5. Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain vendors' products. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders.

9. RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

·         Damages due to misuse of the product

·         Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

·         Any consumable item which has been used or installed

·         Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and clothing freebies

·         Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

·         Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

·         Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on dskmart.com.

10. Same/Next Day Delivery

  • Only applicable for Selected Vendors' Order delivery inside Dhaka city.
  • Orders confirmed before 10:00 am will be considered for same/next-day delivery.
  • Products which are stored at our office are only eligible for same/next-day delivery.
  • Order processing time count will start after the order is processed by one of our Customer Service agents.
  • DSK MART reserves the right to deliver or cancel any order.
  • Customer can request for canceling any order if he/she doesn't agree with the same/next day delivery terms & conditions.

11. SAME/NEXT DAY DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS


Same/Next Day Delivery 

  • Only applicable for Selected Vendors' Order delivery inside Dhaka city.
  • Orders confirmed before 10:00 am will be considered for same/next-day delivery.
  • Products which are stored at our office are only eligible for same/next-day delivery.
  • Order processing time count will start after the order is processed by one of our Customer Service agents.
  • DSK MART reserves the right to deliver or cancel any order.
  • Customer can request for canceling any order if he/she doesn't agree with the same/next day delivery terms & conditions.
