1. OUTLINE

Welcome to dskmart.com. DSK MART is a limited company and mostly owned by well-reputed national voluntary development organization (NGO) Dushtha Shasthya Kendra (DSK). So, it could be treated as a subsidiary company of DSK. The aim and objectives of DSK MART is to provide mostly online marketing opportunity to the products and services produced by member, participants and entrepreneurs of DSK and other potential and reputed entrepreneurs and businesses by using the digital platform.

These are the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of DSK MART, as well as its connected sub-domains, sites, mobile app, services, and tools (the "Site"). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions (including the linked content) and that you agree to abide by them (the "User Agreement"). This User Agreement becomes effective when you use the Site, indicating that you agree to the terms.  If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement, please do not access, register with or use this Site. This Site is owned and operated by DSK MART Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1994,

The Site maintains the right, at any time and without notice, to update, amend, add, or remove sections of these Terms and Conditions. If no additional notification is given, changes will take effect after they are posted on the Site. Please revisit these Terms and Conditions from time to time to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Site after modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Use are posted signifies your acceptance of such changes.

2. CONDITIONS OF PRACTICE

A. YOUR ACCOUNT

We may ask you to register an account with us or give personal information to complete the account creation process in order to access some services offered by the platform. We reserve the right to invalidate the username and/or password at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, and we will not be liable or responsible for any damages incurred as a result of, caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or as a result of such request or invalidation.

You are responsible for keeping your user ID, password, account information, and other personal information confidential. You agree to assume this responsibility and to take all necessary actions to keep your account and its linked information safe at all times. If you have reason to suspect that your password has been known to anyone else, or if your password is being used, or is likely to be used, in an unlawful manner, you should notify us immediately.  You agree and acknowledge that any use of the Site and related services offered and/or any access to private information, data or communications using your account and password shall be deemed to be either performed by you or authorized by you as the case may be. By accessing the Site and/or using any of the Site's services, you agree to be bound by its terms (whether such access or use are authorized by you or not). You agree that we have the right (but not the obligation) to act on, rely on, or hold you solely accountable and liable as if you had carried out or sent the action or transmission. You also agree to be obligated by and completely compensate us for any and all damages incurred as a result of your account's usage or access to the Site.

Please make sure that all of the information you give us is accurate and comprehensive. By accessing your account online, you are responsible to update account information in real time. You must notify us via our customer care communication channels if there are any pieces of information that you are unable to amend through Your Account on the Site. We retain the right to prohibit access to the Site, terminate accounts, and delete or modify content at any time and without warning.  We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, request that you update your Personal Data or immediately invalidate your account or related details without giving you any reason or prior notice, and we will not be liable or responsible for any losses you suffer or cause as a result of or in connection with such request or invalidation. You agree to update your password from time to time and to keep your account safe, as well as to be responsible for the security of your account and for any disclosure or use of the username and/or password (whether permitted or not).

B. CONFIDENTIALITY/ PRIVACY

Please read our Privacy Agreement, which covers your visit to the Site as well. Personal information / data given by you or obtained through your use of the Site will be kept completely secret in compliance with the Privacy Agreement and applicable laws and regulations. Please do not use the Site if you do not agree to your information being transmitted or used as described in the Privacy Agreement.

C. PLATFORM FOR STATEMENT

You agree, understand, and recognize that the Site is an online platform that allows you to buy items featured on the Site at the price stated at any time and from any location using a payment method of your choosing. You also accept and recognize that we are simply a facilitator and cannot be a party to or control any transactions on the Site or through a payment gateway provided by an independent service provider. As a result, the sale of items on the Site will be a purely bipartite contract between you and the sellers on our Site, with payment processing taking place between you, the service provider, and your issuing bank in the event of prepayments with electronic cards. As a result, the payment contract on the Site will exclusively be a bipartite contract between you and the service provider featured on our Site.

D. CONTINUAL ACCESSIBILITY OF THE SITE

We shall do everything possible to guarantee that access to the Site is always available, uninterrupted, and error-free. This cannot be guaranteed, however, owing to the nature of the Internet and the Site. Your access to the Site may also be temporarily interrupted or limited to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time and without notice. We shall make every effort to keep the frequency and length of any such suspension or limitation to a minimum.

E. AUTHORIZATION TO ACCESS THE SITE

We need that you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you are visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian by accessing the Site. We give you a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Site in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out herein for the purpose of shopping for goods and services that are advertised/shown or displayed to be sold on the Site. Commercial usage or use on behalf of a third party is not permitted unless we have expressly authorized it in advance. If you are registering as a business entity, you confirm that you have the ability to bind that entity to this User Agreement and that both you and the business entity will abide by all relevant internet trading regulations. Registration as a member of the Site is limited to one per individual or business organization. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in the cancellation of the permission granted in this paragraph immediately and without notice.

The informational content on this site is provided exclusively for your convenience. Product representations on this Site, including pricing, available stock, features, add-ons, and other information, are the responsibility of the merchants that show them, and we cannot guarantee that they are totally accurate. Submissions and opinions expressed on this Site are those of the person(s) who made them, and they may or may not reflect our views.

We give you a limited license to access and use this Site for your own purposes only; you are not permitted to download (except for page caches) or alter the Site or any portion of it in any way. Any resale or commercial use of this Site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this Site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another seller; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools are not permitted.

This Site, or any portion of it (including, but not limited to, copyrighted content, trademarks, or other proprietary information), may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, distributed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written authorization.

Without our written permission, you may not frame or use framing methods to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary material (including images, text, page layout, or form). Without our express written approval, you may not use any meta tags or any other content containing our name or brand. Any unlawful use may result in the immediate termination of the authorization or license we have given you to access the Site. Without our prior written approval, you may not use our logo or any other proprietary design or trademark as part of an external link for commercial or other reasons.

You agree and undertake not to engage in any of the forbidden activities stated in this section; doing so will result in the instant deletion of your account, services, reviews, orders, or any other current incomplete transaction with us, as well as legal action in extreme cases:

·         Refusal to abide by the Terms and Conditions set out above, as well as any other guidelines and rules relating to the use of the Site that may be found on the Site at any time.

·         Impersonate someone or something else, or fraudulently assert or otherwise misrepresent your association with someone or something else.

·         Use the Website for nefarious purposes.

·         Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, or otherwise interfering with or disrupting, any computer systems or networks linked to the Platform or Services is prohibited.

·         Obstruct someone else's use and enjoyment of the Site;

·         Any forbidden content as deemed illegal by The People's Republic of Bangladesh may be posted, promoted, or transmitted over the Site.

·         Use or upload in any way any software or material that contains, or that you have reason to suspect contains, viruses, damaging components, malicious code, or harmful components that may impair or corrupt the Site's data or damage or interfere with the operation of another Customer's computer or mobile device or the Site, and use the Site other than in accordance with any connected computer networks' acceptable use policies, any applicable Internet standard.

F. YOUR CONDUCT

You must not use the website in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Site or access to it. You shall not engage in any activity that may cause the Site, its employees, officers, representatives, stakeholders, or any other party directly or indirectly involved with the Site or access to it to be disrupted, damaged, or impaired in any manner. You acknowledge that any electronic communications and material transferred from your computer to us are your responsibility, not ours, and that you must only use the Site for legitimate reasons. The use of the Site by you is strictly banned.

·         For deceptive motives, or in conjunction with a crime or other illegal behavior

·         To send, use, or reuse any material that is: illegal, offensive (including, but not limited to, sexually explicit content or material that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm); deceptive, misleading, abusive, indecent, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, or menacing; ethnically objectionable, disparaging; or in violation of the law privacy or any other proprietary information or right; or is otherwise harmful to third parties; or relates to or promotes money laundering or gambling; or harms minors in any way; or impersonates another person; or threatens the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of Bangladesh or friendly relations with foreign States; or is objectionable or otherwise unlawful in any way; or consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning

·         To bother, inconvenience, or create unnecessary anxiety

·         For any other purposes than those for which we originally intended

G. YOUR SUGGESTION

Anything you post to the Site and/or send to us (collectively, "Submissions") will become our exclusive and exclusive property and will not be returned to you. You grant us the right to use your name in connection with any review, remark, or other content you submit to the Site, in addition to the rights applicable to any Submission. You may not use a fake e-mail address, impersonate someone else, or otherwise mislead us or other parties about the origin of any Submissions. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to delete or amend any Submissions without prior warning or legal action.

H. RIGHTS IN CONTRAST TO OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT

We feature hundreds of items for sale on the Site, provided by a variety of vendors, and host many comments on listings; nevertheless, we are unable to know the contents of each product placed for sale, or each remark or review posted. As a result, we work on the principle of "claim, review, and removal “If you believe that any content on the Site is illegal, offensive (including, but not limited to, sexually explicit content or material that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm), deceptive, misleading, abusive, indecent, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, or menacing; ethnically objectionable, disparaging; or is otherwise harmful to third parties; or is objectionable or otherwise unlawful in any way; or consists of or includes software viruses, (" objectionable content "), please contact us immediately at dskmart2022@gmail.com Within a fair length of time, we will investigate and delete any validly problematic content that has been reported.

Please provide your name, address, and contact information, as well as many pertinent facts about the claim as possible, such as the name of the person/party responsible for the objectionable content, examples of objections, and proof of objection, among other things. Please keep in mind that omitting information will render your claim invalid and worthless in court.

I. RIGHTS IN CONTRAST TO INFRINGING CONTENT

Others' intellectual property is treated with respect by us. If you think your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, please contact us at dskmart2022@gmail.com and we will do everything possible to resolve your complaint in a timely manner. Please provide your name, address, and contact information, as well as many facts about the claim as possible, such as the identity of the infringing party, instances of infringement, and proof of infringement.

Please keep in mind that omitting information will render your claim invalid and worthless in court. Furthermore, supplying incorrect or misleading information may be a legal crime that will result in legal action.

We also recognize a company's ability to enter into exclusive distribution or resale agreements. Infringement of intellectual property rights does not, however, occur when such agreements are broken. We would not be able to help in the enforcement of these agreements since enforcement is an issue between the manufacturer, distributor, and/or relevant reseller. While we cannot give legal advice or reveal private information that is protected by law, we encourage that any inquiries or concerns you have about your rights be directed to a legal expert.

J. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

Dskmart.com the DSK Mart logo, the D for DSK Mart logo, DSK Mart, DSK Mart Fashion, DSK Mart Basics, and other marks appearing on our Site are trademarks or registered trademarks in the respective jurisdiction (s). Our graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are our trademarks or trade dress, and they may not be used in conjunction with any product or service that is not ours, in any way that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any way that disparages or discredits us. All other trademarks on this Site are owned by their respective owners, who may or may not be related with, connected to, or supported by us.

All intellectual property rights in the Site, information content on the Site, and all website design, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code, and software, shall remain our property, whether registered or unregistered. Under Bangladeshi copyright laws and international treaties, the whole material of the Site is legally protected as a collective work. All rights are held by the author.

K. DISCLAIMER

You understand and agree that you are using the Site's services and transacting at your own risk, and that you will use your best and most reasonable judgment before participating into any transactions. We will not be accountable or responsible for any acts or inactions by sellers, or any breach of terms, representations, or guarantees by sellers or manufacturers of the items, and we fully disclaim all duty and liability in that regard. Any issue or disagreement between you and the product's sellers or producers will not be resolved by us.

We also expressly disclaim any express or implied warranties or representations as to the quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the products listed, displayed, or transacted, or the content (including product or pricing information and/or specifications) on the Site. While we have made measures to prevent errors in content, this Site, including all content, information (including product prices), software, goods, services, and associated graphics, is given "as is," with no warranties of any kind. The sale or purchase of any items on the Site is not implicitly or expressly supported or endorsed by us. DSK Mart will not have any rights, title, or interest in the items sold via or shown on the Site at any time, nor will it have any responsibilities or liabilities in connection with any transactions on the Site.

We shall neither be liable or responsible for any actions or inactions of any other service provider as listed on our Site which includes but is not limited to payment providers, instalment offerings, warranty services amongst others.

L. INDEMNITY/ PROTECTION

You agree to indemnify and hold DSK MART as mostly owned by Dushtha Shasthya Kendra (DSK), its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, or action, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations, or the rights of any third party

You expressly release DSK MART, as mostly owned by Dushtha Shasthya Kendra (DSK), and/ or its affiliates, as well as any of its officers and representatives, from any cost, damage, liability, or other consequence of any of the sellers' or other service providers' actions/inactions, and specifically waive any claims or demands that you may have in this regard under any statute, contract, or otherwise.

M. THIRD PARTY TRADES

On the Site, parties other than DSK Mart and its affiliates may run stores, offer services, or sell product lines. Businesses and individuals, for example, sell things on Marketplace. In addition, we give connections to linked firms' and other businesses' websites. We are not responsible for researching or assessing any of these businesses or persons, or the content of their websites, and we do not warrant or promote their offerings. We take no responsibility or liability for any of these or any other third-activities, party's goods, or material. On the Site, parties other than DSK Mart and its affiliates may run stores, provide services, and sell product lines. Businesses and individuals, for example, can sell their wares on Marketplace. We also give connections to linked firms' and other businesses' websites. We are not responsible for analyzing or assessing the offers of these businesses or persons, nor do we warrant or support the content of their websites. We take no responsibility or liability for these or any other third-actions, party's goods, or material.

N. COMMUNICATING WITH US

You are communicating with us electronically when you visit the Site or send e-mails to us. While placing an order with us, you will be asked to give a valid phone number. We may contact with you through e-mail, SMS, phone call, messages posted on the Site, or any other means we deem appropriate. You consent to receive communications (including transactional, promotional, and/or commercial messages) from us regarding your use of the website (and/or placing of your order) for contractual purposes, and you agree to treat all types of communication equally.

O. LOSSES

We will not be liable for any business or personal losses (including, but not limited to, lost profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time you started using the Site.

P. AMENDMENTS TO CONDITIONS OR ALTERATIONS OF SERVICE AND RELATED PROMISE

At any time, we reserve the right to amend the Site, its policies, these terms and conditions, and any other publicly disclosed condition or service guarantee. Unless a change to those policies or these conditions is required by law or by a government body, you will be bound by the policies and terms and conditions in effect at the time you accessed the Site (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms shall remain valid and enforceable.

Q. ACTIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to meet our duties under these terms if the cause is anything beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

R. WAIVER

You acknowledge that we are a private commercial firm with the right to conduct business as we see fit in order to achieve our goals. You also recognize that if you violate our Site's terms and we do nothing, we retain the right to employ our rights and remedies in any subsequent scenario in which you violate these terms.

S. TERMINATION

We may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies. If this Agreement is terminated, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Site, and we will immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you, as well as deny your access to and use of the Site in whole or in part, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies. Any termination of this agreement will not impact the parties' respective rights and obligations (including, but not limited to, payment obligations) occurring prior to the termination date. You further agree that the Site will not be responsible to you or anyone else as a consequence of the suspension or termination. If you are unhappy with the Site or any of its terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, you’re single and exclusive recourse is to stop using it.

T. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The laws of The People's Republic of Bangladesh apply to these terms and conditions, and they will be construed accordingly. You agree that any issue occurring inside Bangladesh under this Agreement will be exclusively resolved by the courts, tribunals, and/or quasi-judicial authorities based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

V. OUR SOFTWARE

Any software (including any updates or modifications to the software, as well as any related documentation) that we make available to you for use in connection with the Site is referred to as "our software" (the "Software").

You may only use the software to enable you to use and enjoy our services in accordance with the Conditions and any other applicable terms published on the Site. You may not incorporate any element of the Software into your own programs or compile any part of it with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service, sell, rent, lease, lend, loan, distribute, sub-license, or otherwise assign any rights to the Software in whole or in part. The Software may not be used for any unlawful purposes. At any time, we may stop providing service to you and/or terminate your license to use the Software. If you do not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions contained here or across the Site, your rights to use the Software will instantly cease without notice from us. In the case of a disagreement with these Agreements and Conditions, additional third-party terms incorporated within the Site or delivered as such that are clearly indicated in relevant documentation may apply and govern the use of such software. All software utilized in any of our services is owned by us, our affiliates, or their software providers, and is protected under Bangladeshi laws, including but not limited to copyright laws.

You may be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a cellular carrier or a mobile platform provider, while you use the Site. Third-party policies, terms of service, and fees may apply to your use of these services.

You may not, and you will not encourage, assist, or authorize anyone else to, duplicate, alter, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise tamper with our software in whole or in part, or make any derivative works from or of it.

We may offer automatic or manual upgrades to the Software at any time without notification to you in order to maintain it up-to-date.

3. CONDITIONS OF SALE (BETWEEN SELLERS AND CUSTOMERS)

Before ordering any items from the Sellers ("We," "Our," or "Us," as applicable) on the Site, please read these terms carefully. You agree to be bound by these terms when you accept them.

A. CONDITIONS RELATED TO SALE OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE

This section covers the terms and conditions of the Site's product or service sales.

B. THE CONTRACT

Your order is a legally binding offer to the seller to purchase the product or service described on our website. Any confirmations or status updates you get prior to the shipping of your order are solely to authenticate the order data you submitted and do not imply that the transaction has been confirmed. When the goods are shipped to you, the acceptance of your purchase is deemed complete. You may receive separate dispatch confirmations if your order is shipped in more than one shipment. When you place an order, we provide you an estimate of how long it will take to complete your purchase. However, because we rely on third-party service providers to keep this pledge, we cannot guarantee that this estimate will be accurate in every case. We promise to do everything possible to meet the estimated deadline. You and the sellers are the only ones who can offer and agree on commercial/contractual conditions. Price, shipping fees, payment methods, payment terms, date, duration, and manner of delivery, warranties for products and services, and after-sales services for products and services are all examples of commercial/contractual terms.  DSK Mart is uninvolved in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual agreements between you and the Sellers. Prior to shipping, the seller reserves the right to cancel any order. We will notify you of the cancellation through email or text message as soon as possible. D. PRICING, AVAILABILITY AND ORDER PROCESSING

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT. They are posted on the Site by the vendor of the goods or service. The most current price published on the item's product detail page will always be displayed in your Shopping Cart. Please keep in mind that this price may change from the one displayed when you originally added the item to your shopping basket. The price indicated at the time you add an item to your basket is not guaranteed. It's also conceivable that the price of an item will drop between the time you add it to your cart and the time you buy it.

We do not match prices on anything offered by any seller on our site or on other websites.

We are committed to providing our visitors with the most up-to-date pricing information on the Site; but, mistakes may occur, such as when an item's price is incorrectly listed on the Site. We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order as a result. We may, at our option, contact you for instructions or cancel your purchase and notify you of such cancellation if an item is mispriced.  Whether or not your purchase has been confirmed and your prepayment has been completed, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. Our return rules will apply if your prepaid order is canceled. Please keep in mind that DSK Mart owns 100% of the return money. Typically, the amount of a refund is determined by subtracting any discounts and shipping fees from the price paid by the consumer.

On each product information page, we include information on availability for items featured on the Site. We can't be more explicit regarding availability than what we mention on that page or anywhere else on the Site. It's important to remember that dispatch estimates are just that: estimates. They do not guarantee shipment timeframes and should not be used as such. If any of the goods you ordered turn out to be unavailable, we will notify you via email or SMS as we complete your purchase.

Please keep in mind that orders may be unable to be completed due to a variety of factors. Any order placed on the Site may be refused or cancelled at any moment for any reason. Before we accept your order, we may ask you for further verifications or information, such as your phone number and address.

We retain the right to acquire validation of your payment details and to check the personal information you submitted with us in order to avoid any credit or debit card fraud. An identity check, a check of where you live, or a check of your financial information can all be used to verify your identification. If you don't get a response within a reasonable amount of time after making such a request, your order will be immediately canceled. We reserve the right, without prior notification or any later legal obligation, to cancel an order if we perceive a risk of fraudulent use of banking instruments or for other reasons.

Security and Fraud

·         When you use a voucher, you are granting DSK Mart permission to assume that you are the properly authorized recipient of the voucher and that you are using it in good faith.

·         You may be committing a civil or criminal crime if you redeem, attempt to redeem, or promote the redemption of a coupon for discounts to which you are not entitled.

·         We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any voucher/order if we have reasonable grounds to suspect it is being used improperly or illegally, and you agree that you will have no recourse against us if we do so. In such cases, DSK Mart maintains the right to take any additional action it sees necessary.

E. RESELLING DSK MART PRODUCTS

It is definitely forbidden to resell DSK MART items for commercial gain. If any unauthorized worker is discovered conducting the aforementioned behavior, legal action may be taken against them.

F. TAXES

You agree to pay all fees, prices, and charges connected with the purchase of items from the Site, as well as any and all relevant taxes under the law.

G. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

When items or services are advertised to be sold on the Site by third parties, we make no guarantee or warranty as to details (such as quality, value, sale ability and so on). We don't encourage or advocate the sale or purchase of any items or services on the Site, either implicitly or explicitly. We assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions made on its behalf or by third parties. We are not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between you and the sellers. We can't and won't be held liable for your or the sellers' activities when they complete transactions on the Site. We are not obligated to arbitrate or settle any disputes or disagreements that may arise as a result of transactions on our Site.

We do not acquire title to or have any rights or claims over the items or services supplied by a seller at any stage during any transaction entered into by you with a third party on our Site. ·         Stock availability: Orders are contingent on stock availability.

·         Delivery Timeline: DSK Mart's delivery schedule may take longer than normal. Political instability, political events, national/public holidays, and other events of force majeure may cause delivery to be delayed.

·         Cancellation: DSK Mart reserves the unrestricted right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for any reason, including, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description due to a technical or typographical error, or for any other reason.

·         Refund Timeline: If an order is canceled, the payment for that purchase will be repaid within 1 -10 working days, however in unusual situations it may take longer. If any cash back is received, it must be adjusted against the return amount.

You certify that the product(s) or service(s) you ordered are for internal / personal use only, not for commercial resale. You permit us to make a statement on your behalf to any governmental authority specifying the aforementioned reason for your orders on the Site. When the quantity of an order exceeds the average individual consumption, the Seller or the Site may cancel it. This holds true for the number of items ordered in a single order as well as placing several orders for the same product in quantities that surpass the average individual consumption. What constitutes a typical individual's consumption quantity restriction will be determined by a variety of variables at the Seller's or our exclusive discretion, and will vary from person to person.
